Our studio uniquely integrates the practices of Pilates, Yoga, and Barre (PYB) – each practice complementing the other so that you can mix and match your daily workout all in one space. Our classes focus on sculpting and strengthening the body, all while increasing flexibility. Certified instructors will guide you each step of the way, offering modifications and challenges for any fitness level.
